We follow a 15-day hassle-free return policy.

Returns made Easy,

  • Log into www.divisky.com.
  • Visit My Orders under the My Account section.
  • Select item/s to be returned of the selected order.
  • Choose a reason for return and add images as applicable.
  • Select the pick-up address and click on “Proceed”.

 Let’s keep in mind

  • Only purchases made on www.divisky.com are eligible for returns.
  • Return requests should be raised within 15 days from delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging.

  • All outerwear products, including All day pants, Bermudas, Capris, Hoodies, Henley’s, Jackets, Shrugs, Joggers, Leggings and jeggings, Polos, Pyjamas, Shorts, Sleep dresses, Sweatshirts, Tank tops, Trackpants, Boxer shorts, T-shirts, Muscle Vest, Culottes, etc.
Exclusions for Health & Hygiene Standards:
  • Innerwear (Inner Boxers, Briefs, Trunks, Camisoles, Crop/Tank Tops, Inner Tank Tops, Panties, Hipsters, Boyleg, Shorties, Bloomers, Slips, Underwear, Vests, etc.)
  • Shapewears.
  • Thermals.
  • Accessories: Handkerchief, Caps, Masks, Socks, Towels.
Return Guidelines:

Damaged External Packaging:

  • If the packaging is damaged, don’t accept the package.
  • Report immediately through the Get in Touch section.
  • Once the return is accepted by our warehouse, the refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners.

Delivery of Damaged/Different Product:

a. Return via www.divisky.com:

  • Visit My Orders under the “My Account” section to initiate a return with matching criteria.
  • Please furnish images of Damaged/Different Products to substantiate the claim.
  • Free reverse pick-up gets arranged by us if the area is serviceable by our courier partner; otherwise, self-shipment is required.
  • Refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners after successful pick-up.
  • For the bank’s processing time, please refer to the table below.

b. Return through Self-Shipment:

  • Return the items in the original packaging to the provided address below.
  • Courier charges get reimbursed as a gift card redeemable only on www.divisky.com post the courier invoice is furnished to us.

Guidelines for Product Quality Concerns:

We adhere to a meticulous and thorough quality assurance process for every product to uphold the highest standards of quality.

  • A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.
  • Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the entire resolution process.
  • Providing images showing the full front and back views of the defective product, the product label, and highlighting the area of defect will expedite our assistance.
  • Upon acceptance of your claim, we will gladly offer a refund or E-Gift card for the garment. Please note that E-Gift cards are applicable only for purchases made through www.divisky.com. Additionally, we may request the defective product for internal analysis and inspection purposes.
  • Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are committed to ensuring a resolution to any concerns you may have regarding our products.

Note: Only authentic products are eligible for refunds or E-Gift cards. Please note that items purchased on sale are not applicable for refund or E-Gift card.

Refund Process:

Refunds could be

  • Full Refund: 100% of the amount paid is returned to the source account.
  • Partial refund: The refund amount is split in the same proportion as it was while placing the order.
